The production companies behind the MTV show 'Buckwild' will be paying the funeral expenses for Shain Gandee, the 21-year-old reality star who was found dead inside his truck on April 1.

TMZ reports that Parallel Entertainment and Zoo Productions will foot the bills, with J.P. Williams, CEO of Parallel, saying, "Shain was a great kid with a big heart who had endless love for his mom and dad. I am from West Virginia and ['Buckwild'] reminded me of how I grew up."

Money coming from donation sites previously put in place to pay for the funeral will now be allocated to helping the family with recovery expenses. Anything left after that will go toward the funerals of the two other men who died with Shain (including his uncle, David Gandee).

A public service will be held on Sunday.

As suspected, all three men perished from carbon monoxide poisoning after their truck became submerged in mud, blocking the exhaust pipe and causing the deadly gas to leak into the vehicle.
