This is a fascinating story. The town of Fairfield has a new policy about what their employees cannot do on their own social media accounts. You know, like Facebook and Twitter. The Maine ACLU says it goes too far in and limits free speech.
Fairfield Police say they had to Taser a man after he refused to leave Lawrence High School. It happened shortly before 9:00 am yesterday morning. The guy walked into the school and then, refused to leave.
'No Answer.' That was the plea today in Skowhegan District Court of the 11-year-old Fairfield girl accused of killing a 3-month-old baby in July. She is charged with reckless or criminally negligent manslaughter in the death of Brooklyn Foss-Greenaway of Clinton. In juvenile court the 'no answer' plea is equivalent to a 'no plea' in adult court.
