Cameras caught up with Lindsay Lohan's former attorney -- the competent one -- Shawn Holley, and she was pretty amused by the hot mess that was Lohan's trial with Mark Heller.

There are certain occasions in life where a simple black suit will suffice. A funeral. A job interview. A court appearance. But if you're Lindsay Lohan and you're headed before a judge for the bazillionth time, you don't keep it modest, prim or proper. You wear a white pantsuit comprised with possibly sheer fabric and a skirt over the pants part. Maybe?

Lindsay Lohan managed to show up to court almost an hour late this morning, after taking an overnight flight on a private jet sponsored by an energy drink from New York to LA. She got glitter-bombed on the way in, so at least she's looking fabulous.

A tired, pale and raspy Lindsay Lohan finally showed up in an L.A. court room today, March 18, about 45 minutes late to her trial for lying to the police in that car accident case from 2011. (As previously reported, she missed multiple flights before finally hopping a private jet to make it to the hearing.) The bottom line: She finally wised up and took a plea deal.

Lindsay Lohan has once again shown her priorities are in serious need of a realignment -- as her Monday morning date with a Los Angeles judge loomed, she bailed on two flights from New York this weekend then spent Sunday night in a panic trying to arrange transportation.

Even though Lindsay Lohan could have gotten out of her recent legal woes by taking a plea deal, she refused every single offer made to her -- and will thus go to trial on Monday, March 18. Mark your calendars, kids. Miss Lohan could be facing up to 245 days in jail for her probation gaffe. Or, you know, probably not, since she's a celebrity and all.

Looks like that heart-to-heart with Will Smith was all for naught, because Justin Bieber has taken to Instagram once again with some controversial words. Specifically that he's not going into rehab (nor does he deserve to be in rehab), that he's seen the entire world and that he's not a financial failure like Lindsay Lohan.

Lindsay Lohan has been stuck with attorney Mark Heller, whom her own judge in her lying-to-cops case deemed incompetent. While she refuses to drop him, she does have an offer from yet another lawyer to help her and Heller out. They sure could use it.

Lindsay Lohan could potentially avoid her March 18 trial date if she accepts a plea deal from the prosecution for lying to the cops, but she still refuses to take any offer that ends in either jail time or rehab. Mostly because she's waiting for the plea that ends in ice cream and hugs -- but the prosecution seems set in making sure Lindsay is locked up somehow.

While Lindsay Lohan has shown in the past she has no qualms about using Charlie Sheen for a payday when she needs quick cash, apparently she doesn't like it he teams up with the paparazzi to talk about her.
