My buddy, Roger Pomerleau, gave me the heads up. A soft opening for the new Elevation Burger in the Marketplace at Augusta from 11-2 (Friday, 3/20). Mac and I headed over and got in line for a beefy treat. I had offered to buy his lunch because he had just helped me. Lo and behold, they were giving away lunch for free! Does that exonerate me?
Hearts for Human rights is happening at the Calumet Club in Augusta on Friday (Feb. 13) night starting at 6. It's sponsored by the Holocaust and Human Rights Center of Maine and promises to be a great time!
