Community Spotlight: ‘Touch a Truck’ with Augusta Fire + Rescue

October is 'Fire Prevention Month!' Join the Augusta Fire Department this Sunday (10/7) for 'Touch a Truck!' Learn about fire safety and the equipment used to keep our community safe.

Lt. Jason Mills from the Augusta FD, joined the Moose Morning Show to talk about the event.

'Touch a Truck' will be on Front St., Waterfront park, Augusta, 10am-2pm.

There will be fire trucks and emergency vehicles from local fire departments across the state, Augusta Police vehicles, and state forestry trucks on display. Plus, free fire prevention and educational materials and equipment demonstrations, including the 'Jaws of Life.'
