Would You Put an Advertising Banner on Your House if it Paid The Mortgage?

Here is an interesting idea. Underwrite your mortgage and use your house as a billboard for advertising. Not sure if my neighbors would enjoy it, but if it paid the bills. Check the article in the Boston Globe. Why not? Maybe not me but looking at the price of oil it could be tempting. Before you laugh there is advertising everywhere so why not on your house? It's yours, right?  on your house? Just saying.
