About Andy Grammer
Singer and songwriter Andy Grammer rose to national attention after signing with S-Curve Records and releasing his self-titled debut album in 2011. The project introduced listeners to his upbeat pop style and produced two successful singles, the motivational anthem Keep Your Head Up and the romantic track Fine by Me.
In 2014, Grammer followed up with his second album, Magazines or Novels. The record featured the single Back Home, produced by Jon Levine and Ryan Met. Another standout track from the album was the widely popular Honey, I'm Good., which was co-written by Grammer and Nolan Sipe and produced by Steve Greenberg, Brian West, and Sipe.
Grammer was born in Los Angeles to parents Kathryn Willoughby and children’s recording artist Red Grammer. He spent much of his childhood in Chester, New York, where he attended Monroe-Woodbury High School. Music became part of his life early on as he learned trumpet, guitar, and piano, and he began writing songs at just 15 years old.
After initially attending Binghamton University, he later completed a degree in Music Industry Studies at California State University, Northridge in 2007. In 2012, Grammer married fellow recording artist Aijia. He is also a follower of the Bahá’í Faith.
