Maine is a not-so-hidden-gem when it comes to foods and drinks that absolutely have to be tasted to be believed. And, when it comes to where to find a bunch of these delicious treats all in one place, then look no further than one of Maine's many fairs.

This week, we're hanging out at the Windsor Fair and enjoying all that this longtime tradition has to offer. In addition to being one of the largest agricultural fairs in the state, and one of the oldest (1888), the Windsor fair is home to hundreds of unique food experiences.

It kind of comes with the territory of being here each morning before the gates open that we end up eating pretty good early in the morning. From homemade donuts to premium coffee and breakfast bowls from Bowlicious, we've had full bellies all week long.

However, this morning, we got to try something we've never had before. We looked up from our computers to see our dear friend Shelley Bacon from Bacon Farm Maple Products headed our way with a couple drinks in her hands.

Though these weren't just ANY old drinks, instead these were a couple of signature Maple Walnut Espresso Floats. When I tell you that no drink has any business being this delicious, I mean it.

These espresso ice cream floats come chock full of crunchy walnuts and a generous scoop of Bacon Farm's signature maple ice cream. It can't even be put into words how good these drinks are. You just have to come to the fair, visit the sugar shack, and get one for yourself.

We promise, you won't be disappointed.
