Today's KOD goes to Hawaii's Governor... as more came out yesterday about that missile alert false alarm a few weeks ago... One of the big questions is why there was not a recant from the government sooner. Well, now we know why. The Governor controls his own social media and he says he had forgotten the password to his Twitter account. He said he was informed of the false alarm just two minutes after the first alert was sent, but his social media pages were not updated with the information until more than 15 minutes after the alert, because he couldn't remember the passwords.
