Today's KOD goes to a North Dakota man who wheeled a shopping cart with stolen merchandise, worth about $4,000, out of a Hobby Lobby store. Well, like here, ND has received quite a bit of snow, lately. Our KOD got the cart stuck in the snow in the parking lot and tipped over. He did run off, but he left behind his wallet, including identification with his address. More in the video!
