Cosplay Wedding with Mermaid Renee as the Officiant

So this happened on May 4th aka Star Wars Day 2018! A cosplay wedding on the fifth anniversary of their meeting on Free Comic Book Day...Michael Conkright and Amanda White were married in the Portland's Children's Museum.

I met Amanda years and years ago when she was a student at the Salt Institute in Portland.  Five years ago she met her other half, a man who is just as much of a delight as she is...so it was an honor to be asked to be part of this ceremony. That is me...the mermaid preforming the ceremony. (SEE, I not only am a wedding photographer, I can do the ceremony too!)

The bride wore a TARDIS dress and the bride and groom have matching TARDIS rings!

Clearly...fun was had by ALL!
