Drake fans are in for a little bit of bad news. The OVO rapper. According to PEOPLE, Drizzy has canceled all VIP packages for his Summer Sixteen Tour. That means no meet and greets; so if you plan on seeing Drake this summer, it will be from your seat.

The tour kicks off July 20 in Austin, and previous VIP packages sold for up to $1000. The packages included a photo opportunity with the hip-hop superstar. But Drake's team has pulled the plug on those kinds of "extras" going forward. Anyone who has purchased a VIP package has been notified that all such sessions have been canceled.

They are also in the process of issuing refunds.

But its not all bad news. VIP packages that are still being advertised from Ticketmaster include a seat in the first five rows and tons of various merchandise--including a 6 God candle, incense holder and disposable camera. Fans can also still schedule a meet and greets with the other superstar on the tour:  Future.

Justin Bieber announced earlier this year that he was done with meet and greets because they "drained him." There's also an ominous cloud over meet and greets in the wake of the murder of Christine Grimmie, the 21-year old former contestant on The Voice who was shot during in Orlando by a disturbed fan during a meet and greet following a concert.
