It is a beautiful afternoon to clean up from yesterdays snow and sleet event. And it's a good thing, as we have another storm on the way tomorrow.

The National Weather Service has a winter storm watch in effect from 5 AM Thursday until 11 PM. A rapidly developing coastal storm will pass offshore on Maine on Thursday delivering accumulating snow along coastal Maine and also inland.

The storm should hit Central Maine early to mid morning, and move out late afternoon. Accumulations of 6 inches and over are expected.

It is looking like the groundhog was right. Spring arrives just under 6 weeks, on March 20th.
