If you haven't heard by now, we're here broadcasting live at the annual Windsor Fair all week long. Plus, in addition to our broadcast, we also have $500 bucks for you to win while you're here, too.

Just stop by our broadcast booth to the right of main entrance gate 2 all week long for the details on the prepaid Visa card from KVFCU. We promise, it's wicked easy to get in to win, you just need a cell phone- and who doesn't have one of those these days?

Alright, let's get down to brass tacks here, shall we? Why do people say that, anyway? Why would you even want to get down to brass tacks? It just seems like something that would be kind of painful or at least mildly inconvenient at best- but I digress.

If you're looking to save piles of cash bringing your family to the Windsor Fair, then today is absolutely YOUR day. Today at the fair is 'half price gate and ride day'. What does that mean for you? Well for starters, the normal $12 gate admission is only $6 bucks all day long today. Children 11 and under are still free to get in.

You'll save even more money once the huge Rockwell Amusements midway opens at 3p because their unlimited ride bracelets, normally $30, are only $15 bucks from 3-9p with the midway staying open until 10p tonight.

Not only can you save a bunch of money that you can then spend on fried dough, but you can also mozy, mozey, mozi, mozee... Okay, it doesn't like any of those spellings but you get what I'm trying to say, right? Ahem, you can HEAD over to the grandstand at 6:30 because the diesel truck pulls are tonight.

So get your a** out to the fair today and save some money and have a great time to boot. And, most importantly, don't forget to pop over and say 'hi' to us... and bring us nachos.
