This is a big pet peeve of mine. If a space in a parking lot is designated for 'Handicapped' parking, then stay out of it, unless you have a handicapped plate or stickers.

Just recently, at work, at the Augusta Plaza, they repaved our parking lot. While doing so, they increased the handicapped spots. One is where I have parked my car for 14 years. Sure, I have that urge every morning to pull in, but you know what? I don't.

These 2 pictures might not capture what I saw while I was leaving today, but let me clue you in. There are two handicapped spots to the right of where I was parked. Right next to me, there was a car pulled half-way in to the plainly designated handicapped spot. HALF-WAY! What, if you're not pulled in all the way, it's okay? Sorry, it's not! It's also not okay, to just sit in a handicapped spot waiting for someone unless you have the placard for your window or the special plates.

Parking really shouldn't be this difficult!
