Here Comes the Judge: MMS ‘Knucklehead of the Day’ Award

Today's KOD goes to a Long Island District Judge who has been arrested on burglary charges for repeatedly breaking into his neighbor’s home to steal her underwear.

The judge is a married father of three young kids.

He would sneak across the street and steal the underwear of the 23-year-old woman who lived there with her parents.

In his confession, he said on several occasions he entered the home, opened her hamper, and took underwear.

He was caught by the young woman, last week, when she was unexpectedly home when he broke in.
