Let me break it down babes, the U.S. Federal Land Management Agency works with other government agencies to take care of the land that is owned by the U.S. Government.
And each one of those groups help to manage and care for each parcel of land.
According to the report, the groups include:
- Bureau of Indian Affairs and Tribal Governments
- Bureau of Land Management
- Bureau of Reclamation
- Department of Defense
- National Park Service
- U.S. Army Corps of Engineers
- USDA Forest Service
- U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service
Just like with a child, it takes a village. There are so many factors to consider when taking on so much land, that it should be managed and divided correctly to receive the care it needs.
