I have access to the FASTEST runner sled in the whole world! It's form the 1930's or 40's and my dad rode it as a kid!

When I was a boy, I remember riding that thing down the hill behind our house and, when the snow was hard enough, it would carry me from behind our house on Kinderhook Street in Randolph for a quarter of a mile, all the way to an old man's back yard on Windsor Street. I remember the old man not liking "you damn kids" behind his house. Once I got there, I grabbed the rope on the sled and scampered away, very quickly.

Well, who knew (I didn't) about the runner sled races in Montville last month. I would have been there and I would have won!
