A 17 year old wanted to be clever and take a selfie with a squirrel in a park in Palm Harbor, Florida. I mean the squirrel looked friendly just sitting there on the railing looking in all its glory. Brian Genest from Auburn, Maine was able to get close enough to snap the selfie. That's when things went awry.

The flash went off and that scared the little guy (the squirrel, not Brian.) The squirrel was on his shoulder, then under his shirt, and then hanging off his back. Thankfully, his mom was there and she had a camera. She kept taking photos (Love her!) According to WMTW, after that everyone was fine and  Mom and Brian were just giggling and giggling.
