Today's KOD goes to a New York driver who caused an accident and forced a state road to be shut down after a Hershey’s ice cream truck collided with a box truck. The ice cream truck crossed into oncoming traffic and crashed into the other vehicle. Nobody was injured, however, the crash sheared off the back of the ice cream truck, causing ice cream sandwiches and other frozen treats to spread across the road. More in the video!
