Local Hero of the Week 2024: Nominate That Special NH First Responder, Veteran, Military Member in Your Life

We want to salute our local heroes.

That's why 102.1 & 105.3 The Shark and Partners Bank have teamed up to honor veterans, active military, and first responders. These dedicated members of our community go above and beyond for us, so it's time to shine a spotlight on them and give them the thanks they deserve with our Local Hero of the Week award.

You can now nominate a veteran, a military member or first responder (such as those in the medical field, fire and police departments, and EMTs) to be the Local Hero of the Week.

Be sure to include in the form your name, your phone number, your email, the name of the person being nominated, the email/phone number of the person being nominated, and a few sentences to describe why this person should be chosen as the Local Hero of the Week.

If your hero is chosen, The Shark will share that hero's story, talk about their incredible service, play a song in their honor, and give them a $50 restaurant gift certificate.

But that's not all, all those chosen as Local Hero of the Week will be entered into a random drawing to win a $500 Visa Gift Card at the end of the year.

This is a wonderful and unique way to show our appreciation for the men and women in our community who step up each day.
