’Tis the season for pop-up Christmas bars in Maine, which gives you even more reasons to take a trip to Kennebunkport and enjoy the cozy town in the winter.

And if you go, you have to stop at The Burleigh’s Tinsel Bar inside the Kennebunkport Inn.

Every year, the bar transforms into a full-on Christmas wonderland for Christmas Prelude and the holiday season.

One of the best parts? The holiday-themed cocktails and delicious bites.

This year’s menu hasn’t dropped yet, but I’m so excited to see what creative drinks they come up with.

Last year’s cocktail lineup included names like “Smoke on the Water” and “The Fade Into You,” both whiskey-based.

And the food? Baked goat cheese, beef short rib, crème brûlée, and so much more.

And yes, you’re absolutely going to want to take pictures under the ceiling of ornaments, or under the hanging presents.

But wait, that’s not even all. You can literally private-dine in a gondola at The Burleigh with your friends. It takes outdoor winter dining to a whole other level. They have five cozy red ski gondolas on their deck, complete with pillows, blankets, and space heaters.

Not only is the Kennebunkport Inn a must-stop (and a must-stay) with its gorgeous décor and cozy fireplace, plus live weekend music, but this pop-up bar is taking Christmas cheer to new heights.

Will you be going? Where's your favorite Christmas-themed restaurant?
