The Landing at China Lake is a popular seasonal restaurant in China, Maine, and is now up for sale by the In Bar Group Inc. This offers someone a unique opportunity to own this awesome restaurant.

According to the listing, the current owner, who obtained the restaurant two years ago, has completely transformed its operations, leading to significant success.

The Landing is currently open seasonally from April to mid-September.

The town has approved the construction of a new 1,975 square foot steel building in November 2024. What does that mean? Well, it could allow this restaurant to be a full, year-round establishment, once it is fully done.

After that, the sale price will likely increase to reflect all the upgrades.
