This Restaurant In Augusta, Maine Closes Its Doors Downtown Indefinitely
Lisa’s Legit Burrito in downtown Augusta has announced that it will be closing indefinitely.
The popular burrito spot has been a favorite for many people who work and live in the area. While this news is sad for downtown customers, the restaurant shared that its Gardiner, Maine location will remain open, and excited about its future. The owners say they are focused on “making it bigger and better.”
For years, downtown regulars and local business employees have stopped by Lisa’s for fresh burritos, nachos, and quick lunches during their busy workdays. Many workers made it part of their routine to grab their favorite order on their lunch break.
The friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere made it more than just a place to eat. It became part of the downtown community.
