Local Pet Supply Store Donates 10K Pound Of Food To Shelters

According to WABI TV, local pet supply store chain The Loyal Biscuit has made a huge donation to five local animal shelters.

The donation of 10,000 pounds of pet food will be split between the Kennebec Valley Humane Society, Humane Society of the Waterville Area, Pope Memorial Humane Society of Knox County, PAWS Animal Adoption Center, and The SPCA of Hancock County

Open for a decade, the store change's owner says one of their missions is helping animals in need.

The Loyal Biscuit now has six locations, including Hallowell, Waterville, and Belfast.
