Sneak Peak: Every Single Ride at The 2024 Windsor Fair

And so, the epic Windsor Fair has officially begun, and it started a day early this year! This year will mark it's 136th anniversary here in Maine.

Before we get into the attractions and rides, let's shine a light on my most favorite parts of the fair. The animals!

When I was a little girl, I anticipated each upcoming fair season because I simply adore the animals. The massive pigs, napping in the dirt, pulling in endless "oohs" and "awe" from the fair-goers. My son and I also have so much fun stopping to look at the horses, sheep, and goats.

The demolition derby is another must-see. There's nothing quite like the thrill of high-speed cars colliding with each other. The force of this show is something you absolutely have to experience! That will take place on Sunday, August 25th.

The world of harness racing will also be part of this year's Windsor Fair, adding to the joy.

And of course we can't forget some of the best entertainment lined up this year, This year, the fair will feature the legendary 12OC on Saturday August 31st, Hurricane Mountain will perform on Friday, August 30,  and  the RaveX Motocross show on Sunday, September 1st.
