According to Fox TV in Bangor, an Augusta woman has a new set of wheels thanks to the charity of a local car dealership.

Alicia Sullivan has gone through a series of hardships including drug addiction, homelessness, and domestic violence.  As she tries to build a new life for herself and her son, one of the things she really needed was a new car.

Well, on Giving Tuesday, Darling's of Augusta (along with Maine Families, Geico and the National Auto Body Council) stepped up to help.

She arrived at the Western Avenue dealership in a vehicle that barely ran, and left in a 2013 Ford Focus sedan.
