Matt & Lizzy Get Their Caricatures Drawn Live on Air!
If you haven't heard by now, Lizzy and I are at broadcasting live at the Windsor Fair all week long.
If you want to come inside and find us, we are located just inside gate two. One you walk in, just bang a quick right and you will see our brand new Moose Caboose parked right next to our broadcast pavilion.
In addition to doing our shows here all week and eating way too much fair food, we are also hooking a lucky fairgoer up with $500 from KVFCU. All you have to do is download our app and tap the button to enter to win.
This morning (Monday), we had a popular Maine caricature artist swing by our booth at the fair to sketch us while we were working. Lizzy had met J at the LA Balloon Festival earlier this month and asked if he would come up and sketch us at the fair!
Now, before we unveil J's creation, let's first tell you a little more about the amazing Maine artist, J Anthony Fiori.
J’s passion for art began at just 8 years old. The spark was lit when his older brother’s art teacher sketched a portrait of him at that age, and from that moment, he was hooked.
J threw himself into drawing, creating portraits of celebrities and anything that caught his imagination. When his dad’s 40th birthday approached, J, unable to buy the Harley his dad dreamed of, decided to draw him on one instead.
Since then, his artistic journey has expanded to tattoos, comic books, and even making puppets, showcasing his diverse creative talents. "I am an artist with ADHD" He wants to open an inclusive tattoo shop.
And now for the BIG REVEAL!
