MePERS Has a Sense of Humor

Check out this sign I found. I am out for walk with ShadowDog this weekend and I am l looking at the grass they have growing around MePERS (Maine Public Employees Retirement System) new building in Augusta. I am thinking about how they seem to throw down some seed and straw and they get grass and I can't even get grow weeds!  BUT then I see this little gem....LOVE IT.  ShadowDog was not as impressed.  FYI...I already had picked up ShadowDog's little treasures.  PICK UP AFTER YOUR DOG! Don't be a poo-poo head....mmmmkkkk?  Woof.
