If you’ve spent any time in Ogunquit, you know the town is full of little surprises, but stumbling into Cornerstone feels like finding a gem.

It looks like a regular pizza spot from the outside, but once you try their food, you quickly realize it’s anything but ordinary.

Cornerstone makes chef-crafted pizzas on homemade dough using the freshest ingredients they can get their hands on. Everything is created from scratch, from their house-made sausage to their seasonal toppings, and yes, they even make a Fresh Maine Lobster pizza cooked right in their stone oven. It’s one of their specialties for a reason.

Their whole mission is simple: make real pizza from real ingredients. That’s why the dough and sauce are made in-house and why they stay committed to sourcing the highest-quality produce and proteins.

Another thing that sets Cornerstone apart is how much they care about the people behind the food and the drinks. They put a huge emphasis on pairing their pizza with local brewers who share their values. They want customers to actually know the name of the person who brewed their beer, not just grab whatever’s on tap.

Because of that, Cornerstone hosts beer dinners throughout the winter, a four-course meal paired with four beers from a featured brewery.

It’s such a fun way to highlight local partners and get the community together during the quieter months. And on December 8, they’re teaming up with Orange Bike, my favorite brewery, for an all-gluten-free beer dinner.

Food and beer, all gluten-free? Huge win.

Cornerstone is the kind of place where you can taste the heart behind what they do. The pizza is incredible, but don’t sleep on the rest of the menu either.

Their events, especially the beer dinners, make it easy to keep coming back. Honestly, there’s nothing better than good food, good beer, and a place that brings people together.
