Old Hallowell Day Celebration

Just a perfect day for a parade, and everything before and after, for this year's Old Hallowell Day Celebration.

Dancing candles and dragons followed a giant birthday cake for the city’s 250th birthday. It was part of the big winner from the No Ha neighborhood group in the Old Hallowell Day parade along Water Street, Saturday morning, July 21st. The group was named "Best Overall" and "the Most Original." Here are all the parade winners.
