I have been in many of these situations over the years. Over time I have seen many women post they have not faced this type of environment and to them I say FANTASTIC!  I am happy for you, not all of us have been so lucky.  Things are changing. That is good.  But our collective history and ingrained social message can live deep in people. I still hear and feel it today, but is is getting better!
