Today's KOD goes to a driver in Hopkinton, MA, who was arrested for driving with an illegal license plate. Police became suspicious when they saw this guy driving around town, so they pulled him over. He had a homemade license plate made out of a pizza box. The Numbers and letters were written in magic marker. Police charged the unidentified driver with operating an uninsured and unregistered vehicle, as well as attaching homemade plates.
