Today's KOD goes to Amazon, which according to these customers, is refusing to reimburse them after being charged outrageous shipping charges.

One is a Tennessee couple that bought paper plates for $24 and didn't notice until months later that they were charged more than $1,000 for expedited shipping.

Even worse, an Amazon customer in Georgia is complaining that the company charged her more than $7,000 for three boxes of toilet paper.
