If you use an inhaler made by Glaxo Smith Kline, LLC, also known as GSK, it could be on a recall list.

According to WCSH 6, nearly 600,000 inhalers made by the company are on a recall list due to a faulty delivery system.

It is a Class II recall, meaning (according to the FDA) "the products might cause a temporary health problem, or pose only a slight threat of a serious nature."

Affected inhalers contain: Ventiolin HFA (albuterol sulfate) Inhalation Aerosol, 90 mcg per actuation, 200 metered inhalations, net weight 18 g inhalers, RX only
