Today's KOD goes to a 73-year-old Frenchman, who drove around a roundabout 17 times without getting off. Police say the man drank excessive amounts of alcohol and then drove 17 times round a traffic circle. The guy claimed he did not hear the sirens when police finally brought him to a halt.
