OH my...please always be careful when it comes to giving out personal information like your social security number.  Apparently, the scammers have been calling and spoofing the caller so it appears that they are calling from Redington-Fairview General Hospital's phone number. The scammer says they are calling to set up an appointment for your COVID-19 vaccination. BUT then they ask for your social security number AND a credit card. DO NOT GIVE THAT OUT.  If you did get a call and did give that info RFGH is advising you to call the police.

Redington-Fairview General Hospital is doing COVID testing and scheduling vaccine appointments and here is where you find that information.

Sadly, as this whole COVID situation has evolved so quickly this is not the first scam and it will not be the last. I was just reading WGME's I-team found that over $7 million dollars were scammed out of money by fake farms in Maine.
