Skowhegan Couple In Custody Following Drive-By Shooting Spree
According to the KJ, 25 year old Dana S. Dasilva and his girlfriend, 25 year old Michelle Luce, are in custody following Saturday (January 4th) night's three hour long shooting spree. Two residences in Waterville, one in Winslow, and one in Clinton were targeted in the attacks, which happened from around 8:20 PM to 11 PM.
Fortunately, no one was injured, but a chair that someone was sitting in was hit by gunfire.
Allegedly, Dana Dasilva fired the weapon, while Michelle Luce drove the vehicle.
Dasilva faces charges of Class B aggravated reckless conduct, Class B attempted elevated aggravated assault, Class C aggravated criminal mischief and class C possession of a firearm as a prohibited person. Luce could be charged with Class B hindering apprehension.
Both are being held at the Kennebec County Jail. Bail has been set for Dasvila at $30,000. Luce's bail has been set at $10,000.
Their court date is March 9th, but there is a good chance they will see a judge before that.
