Some Pictures of Christmas Morning at The James House
It's crazy to think that another year has already come and gone. Correct me if you think I'm wrong but 2020 seemed to be both the slowest and the fastest year I've ever lived. It was like a freakin' paradox! But, we made it through.
I'll be honest, it was so different this year not having the buzzing commotion of family coming in and out of the house and having all the hugs and catching-up conversations around a full table, but those things will be back. It was also weird not having 200 places that we needed to go after opening presents this morning, too. But, in spite of all of it, it was a very nice Christmas morning.
The morning started off with Gavin waking up in his room and singing ba ba blacksheep into the monitor to let us know he was up. Then we got him and Dawson up and headed upstairs to see if Santa had visited our house overnight. Fortunately for everyone, he had!
While we waited for Evan to get back from opening presents at his mom's house we made cinnamon rolls and hash browns. They were a hit as you can imagine. After breakfast Evan arrived and it was time to open some presents. Let's look at some of the pictures to see if everyone got what was on their list this year... Also, I'm just realizing that because my wife took all the photos, she's literally not in a single one. Oops!
