Splittin’ Wood Ax Throwing in Lewiston Moving to New Location

The owners of our all-time favorite axe-throwing spot in Lewiston is asking the community to support and help make Splittin’ Wood 2.0 a success.

Yes, they are moving, but not by choice.

According to their Facebook page, O’Reilly Auto Parts took over their section of the Auburn Mall.

They posted online about it announcing they are moving on June 25th down a ways to 20 East Avenue.

It may not be as fancy but axe-throwers don’t care, right? On the upside, they have two bathrooms now, instead of one!

This is a popular throwing range and it’s known for having a family-friendly community vibe.

They are encouraging all who love them to come one last time.  

So what’s happening with that section of the Auburn Mall? It’s getting demolished.

Okay, this is hard for a lot of us who wandered those legendary halls when we used to “walk the mall” as pre-teens.

The owners say,  

“We’re not rich, we just love seeing you all throw,” 

It’s a new location that will still have the same badass energy just a new location.  

So head over to Splittin' Wood's last location and make sure to support them at their new one too!
