I was lucky enough to visit the most remarkable restaurant in the world, Opa in downtown Waterville. I am sorry to say that one of their signature dishes is better than my own Mothers. Sorry, Mom.

It's coming right up on Wednesday, August 4th from noon to 11 PM. There will be culinary creations galore, delicious beer and more things to do than ever before. The event will be happening at the gorgeous head of falls with plenty of free parking in the concourse.
