The Augusta Police has released an update on Kennebec River flooding and Front Street, downtown.

As part of Kennebec River Day, community members came together to paint an amazing mural celebrating the past, present, and future of Augusta!

Katie McCallister from the Kennebec Valley Chamber of Commerce and Alyra Donisvitch from New Ventures through UMA, joined us on the Moose Morning Show to talk about the upcoming, very cool, 'Community Celebration Mural Painting Day!'

The Kennebec Valley Chamber for decades has hosted the hugely popular 'Kid's Day in Capitol Park.' However this year, the event is being transformed into the 'Kennebec River Day and at a new location!'

Circa 1885, Augusta's newest wine and tapas bar, is set to open in July in downtown Augusta.
