34-year-old Jillian Meredith McCabe called 911 earlier this month and told authorities that she had thrown her 6-year-old son, London, off a bridge in Oregon. The boy's body was later found. She made her first court appearance this week.
11-Year Old Fairfield Girl’s Competency Trial to be Private
Any legal case that involves kids is a heart breaker. In this case, it is two kids and one died. A hearing to determine the competency of an 11-year-old Fairfield girl accused of manslaughter in the death of an infant last summer will be closed to the press and the public.
