Tomorrow is ‘National Speak in Complete Sentences Day.’ Let me start off by saying, I’m not the grammar police nor am I an elitist when it comes to the English language. Just listen to my show and you’ll hear it.
Tonight at 9 pm, on most channels, is President Barack Obama's State of the Union Address. This is a night where you'll hear lines like, "We're doing better, but there is more work to be done." There will be a lot of applause and maybe a few boos, or lack of enthusiasm.
Is this a case of not allowing free speech OR is it just a big ole misunderstanding where a student didn't jump thorough the right hoops before handing out copies of the United States Constitution? Judge for yourself!
