Talking Texas Dog? You Decide!

Domino, a dog at the 'Pets Fur People' animal shelter in Tyler, Texas can talk. Well, that's what some of the employees of the shelter believe.

Gayle Helms from the shelter told KLTV that the conversing canine makes a whinnying barking noise that sounds like, "I love you."

By the way, Domino was adopted this week.
