This is because coffee contains caffeine and the antioxidant chlorogenic acid, which helps metabolize sugar and fat. To really reap the benefit, drink small cups of coffee up to four times per day. And, since cream and sugar has empty calories, you'll want to drink it black for the biggest benefit.
