The Farmer's Almanac, published in Lewiston, Maine, is famous for their long range weather predictions and if you are a fan of an old fashion Maine winter, this is going to be your year!

The Farmer's Almanac Winter 2017 Outlook has the northeast as ' ice cold and snow filled'.

They map out an early shot of snow in mid-November.

The Farmer's Almanac is also prediction a wicked cold February, with temperatures approaching 40 below zero.

Along with the cold, snowfall is expected to above normal.
