The ‘Fluff’ Is Gone In A Ridiculous New ‘Welcome To Maine’ Video
I love that we just got done laughing our asses off watching their Better Late Than Never 420 Special on safely consuming edibles last week, and now Troy and Mark are already back with a new episode.
Looks like Mark's recent overindulgent feast of cannabis drinks and chocolate bars didn't end up killing him. (We knew it wouldn't.) It does however seem to have lead to a very big problem.
You see, Troy bought a new tub of the favorite Mainer cupboard staple, Marshmallow Fluff. He went to dig some out and discovered there is none left. The Fluff is all gone! You don't suppose Mr. EatAllTheEdibles had anything to do with that? Do ya?
Let's watch and find out with the ridiculous new episode of Welcome To Maine. "Ohhhhhhhh Yuht".
Since last August, Troy and Mark have been our tour guides to all things weird and wonderful in the Pine Tree State. So far, they've checked in from Portland Head Light, The Desert of Maine, The Moxie Store in Lisbon Falls, B & M Baked Beans in Portland, the Paul Bunyan statue in Bangor, Stephen King's house, the Cryptozoology Museum, and more.
Troy and Mark are played by Portland comics James Theberge and Ian Stuart respectively. We should also say that they play them respectfully, as their portrayals the Maine everyman are spot on. They get us, because there are us. They are actual Mainers who also happen to be brilliant comedians.
Ian Stuart and James Theberge can be found performing live stand up comedy for social distanced audiences at Stroudwater Distillery on Thompson's Point in Portland. The shows are on Thursdays at 7pm and ya gotta make a reservation.
