Think 'Reality TV' and you think Maine. Sure seems so lately. Producers are seeking out Mainers for a variety of shows. Everything from 'North Woods Law' to 'Down East Dickering' and now 'Utopia.'

Producers of 'Utopia' will cast 15 people to be a part of a social experiment with members creating their own community from scratch, based on their own ideas of how the world should run. One reason they are casting in Maine is because they are looking for people with skills that could be useful in the new 'Utopia,' such as fishermen, hunters, veterinarians or disc jockey. Okay, I added that last one myself.

Producers from the potential Fox TV reality show will be in Maine from April 29 to May 2. To audition, you will need to fill out an application and upload a video. Participants must be 21 or older and available for filming for about one year starting in late summer or early fall. Click here to apply.
