A woman stuck by a hit-and-run driver as she walked along Milton Road in Rochester Friday night has died.

Rochester Police later identified the woman as Kimberly Lucier of Rochester. The 60-year-old was struck from behind around 10:20 p.m. as she pushed an empty baby stroller near Hannaford, and was found lying unconscious along the road.

Lucier was taken to Portsmouth Regional Hospital, where she died as a result of her injuries.

WMUR reported that her two daughters are "heartbroken" and urged the driver to come forward.

Damage to striking vehicle

The vehicle that struck the woman likely has damage to the front passenger’s side, with potential damage to the hood and windshield.
